About
Jack Stuhley is a Los Angeles-based performer with a passion for classical text and musical theatre. Jack is a UCLA graduate with a BA in Theatre (Musical Theatre emphasis) and has completed a short-course at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).
As an undergraduate, Jack trained under professors Paul Wagar, Judith Moreland, and Dan Belzer, and worked with industry professionals such as Jennifer Chang, Lee Martino, and Christian Barillas. At LAMDA, he refined his craft under the instruction of Colin Hurley, Dr. Karen Tomlin, and James Harkness.
During this time, Jack studied various performance techniques, including dialect work, commedia del'arte, Shakespeare, stage combat, and dance (ballet/tap/jazz). He was also fortunate enough to help develop new works, including Richard Danielpour's The Grand Hotel Tartarus and Angela Sclafini's The Golden Record.
Jack is available to work in Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, and holds dual American-Australian citizenship. When not working, he enjoys spending time at the beach, reading history, and planning his next big trip abroad.
